Suresh has more than 26+ years of experience in the IT solutions & consulting industry. He leads our global leadership team that harnesses the knowledge of three market leaders to any organization. Suresh is a thought leader and entrepreneur and has developed and executed demand driven strategies to grow the business. He has founded four IT companies over the past 14 years, of which two are public limited. Prior to this,Suresh was the Head of Electronic Banking at Deutsche Bank,Singapore.
Lena Kannappan is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Cloud IAM business for SecureKloud, he is a visionary leader who leads and directs the business operations for SecureKloud. He founded FuGen Solutions acquired by SecureKloud, is a serial entrepreneur with 24 years of software industry experience and also supports investments and M&A activities for SecureKloud. Lena is also one of the original founders of SAML 2.0 protocol and Federated Identity Management model for the industry while at Orange-France Telecom, which changed the way Identity Information is shared between Service Providers and enabled the huge success of SaaS, Cloud and Social Networking. Lena is a regular invited speaker in industry related events.
Mr Thyagarajan Ramachandran is a senior industry leader with nearly 25 years of experience across Strategic Management, M&A, Fund Raising, Business Partnering, Corporate Governance and Financial Accounting. In his current role as CFO at SecureKloud Technologies Limited, he is responsible for managing GAAP accounting, Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, and communication of SecureKloud’s strategy, financial and business performance. He has managed multiple cross-industry CFO positions dealing with PE and Institutional investors. Mr Thyagarajan played senior leadership roles at Trimble Inc, Servion Global Solutions, Bharti Airtel Limited, Maersk Shipping and Sify. Mr Thyagarajan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA), a member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (CMA) and a bachelor’s in finance from Chennai University.
Raj with over 25+ years of experience in the Tech industry has architected & lead the implementation of many innovative solutions/services for customers in Healthcare, Information Technology and BFSI verticals. Primarily from a strong security and product engineering background, he has been the principal architect of MISP (Multi-Domain Identity Services Platform) & CIE (Cloud ID Exchange) – in-house IAM & Security products at SecureKloud. With a keen eye on the current tech, cloud and security trends, the products that he has architected has helped customers (60+ enterprise customers) to solve Cloud Security, Compliance & IAM problems on time, securely and within budget. In the last 2 years, his teams’ innovative engineering productisation on cloud security and IAM with two Fortune 50 customers has helped them to expand their customer base considerably. His areas of expertise include Cloud Security, Compliance & Network Topology, Product Architecture and Engineering, Cloud Federated Identity, Block Chain, Attribute Exchange, Big Data and Access Management. Before joining SecureKloud, Mr. Srinivas has held senior positions at Northrop Grumman, Tier Technologies, and Quantra Corporation and holds an M.S in Engineering.
Ravi Chandran is the Head of Indian Operations and Non US Territory Sales for SecureKloud. He has more than 30 years of experience in IT Products, Solutions and Services Industry and solid management expertise in Marketing, Sales, Delivery and Operations. Prior to joining SecureKloud, Ravi was heading UK and Europe Operations for Ramco Systems and instrumental to drive new customer acquisition. Earlier, he has worked as Head of Global Sales and Marketing for RS Software, a company specializing in payment industry and Head of UK and Europe operations for Keane where he was responsible for topline and P&L Managed a team of 800 people (including delivery) between India and Europe and focusing on Telco, BFSI and Retail. Prior to that, he was with Keane APAC, Tecsol and IBM Singapore and Australia.
Venkat brings to SecureKloud over 25 years of experience in the medical industry in various fields including: engineering, sales and marketing leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development. His unique approach to driving customer value and his focus on mutual value creation with accounts, continue as key factors in the growing businesses well ahead of the industry pace. He was previously employed by GE healthcare, where he was a top commercial leader in the interventional cardiology market for over 17 years. Venkat has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications engineering from NIT Trichy, and a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, with research in computational neuroscience.
Anand comes with more than 25 years of professional experience across different industries.
He started his career with Shriram Group as Senior Personnel & Admin. Executive and worked in HCL Technologies as a Business Partner for one of their major accounts – GTECH Corporation (acquire by IGT https://www.igt.com/) who are world’s leader in gaming. Was responsible for Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Invoicing and Logistics and grew up the ladder to manage the end to end Operations.
He took over leadership position with ValueSource Technologies Private Ltd, a captive of KBC Bank, Belgium. He was responsible for scaling up the operations of the captive and set up the entire HR polices & practices and headed to People Track for expansion before the company was acquired by Cognizant.
He moved to the Healthcare Industry – with IdeaObject, a IT product company and later with RevenueMed India Private Ltd, Trivandrum as Director H.R. responsible for its operations across multiple locations in Tamil Nadu and Kerala of 1,600 employees. with a team of 18 H.R. members, he was responsible for scaling up the operations, learning & development, talent management and made the organization ready for acquisition by Navigant (currently acquired by https://guidehouse.com/regions/india).
Before joining SecureKloud, he was working with Mobius Knowledge Services, a 1000+ employee size company and worked on integration of an acquired company in Coimbatore. He set up the entire H.R. policies and practices in place, improved the maturity of Performance Evaluation, scaled up the Operations with effective branding and set up the software practice to a size of 200 members.
He is an active sports enthusiast with special interest in national, international politics and is a foodie. As part of his Individual Social Responsibility, for more than a decade, he helps the student community in entire Tamil Nadu and Southern Andhra Pradesh employable.
Siva Kumar is the Chief Delivery Officer for SecureKloud. He has 29+ years of experience in driving technology initiatives in Capital Markets, Banking, and Insurance.
He has rich experience in systems integration, platform migration, transformation programs, and global deliveries in Financial Services
Prior to joining SecureKloud, Siva was with Capgemini Australia, leading a multi-year Retail Banking Transformation program for ANZ Bank. Earlier, he was the Chief Delivery Officer at Servion Global Solutions, delivering end-to-end CX solutions with 800+ associates globally, delivering 160+ projects across 10 countries.
Geetha Saravanan is a passionate marketer with 13+ years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, branding & communications and sales enablement. She was associated with Skillsoft, Zoho, Mobius, and Pando where she managed global integrated marketing; developing and executing digital marketing programs focused on search engine marketing, content marketing, PPC, and social media marketing.
Her educational background includes a PGDM in Marketing and an MS in Environmental Science from College of Engineering, Guindy.
Pattabiraman has rich experience in Software Project, Product, Delivery Management, Complete SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Client Server, Internet, Mobile technologies covering various applications, domain, Development,Implementation, Support – Domestic and Overseas/Process Management, QA (ISO9001:2000 / SEI-CMM) implementation.
Jayakumar Karuppasamy is responsible for driving decision engineering practice and guides research, innovation and best practices on cloud data engineering & advanced analytics technologies.
With over 28 years of experience in software engineering, he has wide spectrum of knowledge and strong expertise in technical solutions, implementations and integrations. Globally, he has served for many medium and large enterprises and the services include applications development, data warehousing, middlewares, big data engineering, advanced analytics, mobile apps, technology benchmarking and more. He has led teams and launched multiple products successfully for healthcare, retail and finance sectors. Prior to Securekloud, he had led emerging technologies BU at SRM Technologies.
Vijayan is VP of delivery in SecureKloud for Cloud-Infra and Managed Services.He has been in the IT industry for more than 16 years, handling Senior level positions in Project delivery/Program Management/Pre sales support. Has been part of 3 start up’s and worked with companies like Collabnet , Dell and comes with strong Open source background.
Archana Ramesh is an experienced Marketing professional with over 12 years in the IT services and solutions market. Archana joined SecureKloud in 2017 focusing on brand building, marketing strategy, campaign management. She has a bachelor degree in Psychology, and a master’s degree in Marketing. Prior to SecureKloud, she has worked with Aspire Systems, Sensiple Software, TCS and WIPRO.
